Magenta Sunset

My wife and I went to the beach yesterday. I was busy shooting little things and my wife called me over and said the sunset looked nice through the trees - she was definitely correct! Quickly set up and shot the scene. A big thanks to her for calling me over.

A very simple graphic image of lines and color that give a great sense of place. Your images always make me want to get in the car and head east.

Bill, I'm really enjoying this scene. The graphic shapes of the trees against the pink glow of the sunset sky looks wonderful. I always enjoy the company and the extra set of eyes when my wife can go on a photo trip with me, but that is only about once a year for her. I have made several shots that I like a lot because she called me over to look at something I was missing out on.

Nice interesting silhouette with attractive color.
I think the sun brightness might look good muted a bit.
