An iconic photo of the Sonoran desert of AZ. Good job. The backlighting is wonderful and while there isn't much color, there is a lot of color and texture in your photo. Thumbs up from me.

Beautiful photo Bob. The color and composition are great, there's something surrealistic about it to me, but overall I think it's very well done.

Nice vision and nicely executed.
A lot of depth to this, I could see many versions, B & W?

I like the symmetry of the shot. A slightly cooler adjustment of the blues in the sky might give you some nice separation in the cloud area. A couple of major dust bunnies in the sky you may want to remove before printing this. Really well done.

Bob,

I like the composition. I agree with Harry about the blue in the sky. Personally, I'd leave the highlights warm and cool down the shadows and blues. I'm a little surprised not to see a sunburst @ f18?

I really like this! And, the fact that you captured it with a D200!! I think you could get more color out of it if you wanted too. It might make a great B&W too.

Love your composition with the centered saguro and the lovely warm tones throughout.

Bob,

This is an excellent Sonoran desert landscape. I know we always search for that perfect saguaro, but somehow this was just fits, especially with the sparseness of the cacti, the desert floor and the blazing sun. I would agree with some others about colors, but always a personal preference. Nice work.
