Floyd, I actually like this one more. I think the color looks better, and the image has nice 'pop'. You might back off on the green saturation just a bit. The greys and the blacks look much better here.

I always love this subject... old broken down stuff! Looks like mid day sun but you worked the shadows nicely while keeping it natural looking. If that is lichens growth on the old wheel, it would have been nice to that with just a tad more saturation - just a preference. Nice work!
