Thanks for the suggestions on my last post, I really am able to improve by reading your great critiques. Nothing extraordinary here, just a pretty shot. Some of the best sunset light we had during the trip, this shot almost never happened as we fell victim to the Dempster Highway... Marc's car ran out of gas, the rental car got a flat tire on one of the sharp rocks, but we were able to make it here nonetheless just a few minutes before sunset. Just outside Dawson in the foothills of the Tombstones. Single exposure, one of my first couple of frames before the light faded. Thanks for looking!

A beautiful sky for sure. Overall, a very pretty image, but it's not really expressing a storyline for me.

Beautiful landscape Chris. I really like how the color is echoed throughout the sky, landscape and water. Classic composition that works well. The only comment/suggestion I have is that the water seems a tad oversharpened - but not by much. I like this.

Very Beautiful, love all the fall foliage! I think I'd prefer a version with the magenta's toned down slightly, but that's just a personal preference. Keep whatever you like! :toast:

Thanks for the comments. Bill, I agree; as I said, it's nothing extraordinary, but sometimes a classic type comp like this with some good light is enough for me to be excited about. We rarely see sunsets like this, at least in my part of Florida :-)
Jeremy, thanks for the comments. Personal pref, I guess; I'm always a sucker for magenta.

Very pretty scene Chris with a wonderful sky and nice colors in the fore ground. Very nicely done. Nice warm mood to this.
