Clear Blue Morning

We've had some snow in and around Yellowstone the last few days, which has made for some nice photo ops. I took this image the other morning while scouting locations along Soda Butte Creek. I don't recall ever seeing any images from this spot, which is hard to say for Yellowstone. For what it's worth, it is a ways off the road

Amazing how quickly things change in the mountains, and it's interesting to see it when it does. Beautiful scene and moment captured nicely Zack.

Nice scene, I think a tad darker exposure would look nice and I might move the peak a bit off center.

Very nice comp and detail throughout the image. The reflection is perfect too. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to darken all but the trees on the left. As it is now, it just feels too bright, but probably a perfect rendition of the actual light at the time.

Nice image. All the blue is great, but not too cold looking. :) I wonder if the highlights could be tamed a hair? I like this a lot, and congrats on finding a new perspective to photograph!

Nice one! Love the look of first snow. The reflections into the river are crystal clear. How wonderful to have been there. Glad you posted this one. Makes me yearn to see Yellowstone again.
