Fall Majesty

While in the Tetons this year shooting Fall foliage I had a chance encounter with a fairly large bull Moose along a scenic stretch of the Snake River, near Oxbow Bend. I was able to quietly follow the Moose from the opposite side of the river before he crossed over and headed into the forest. The soft glow of the morning sunlight was setting off the brilliant peak colors along the river, so rather than shoot a frame filling image of the Moose I switched to my 80-200 and decided to include him in his natural habitat instead.
