Ian - Large version is a must see - frost is so nicely seen. I also like how the soft directional light is providing some nice contrast and lighting up those bright yellow leaves !

Excellent tree composition, superb fall colors. All in perfect late afternoon (?) light. Well done Ian. :toast:

Ian: I liked the last view but this is even better. The more obvious frost here is a big plus for me. I also like the low angled light and the placement of the trees in the frame. 2 thumbs up! >=))>

I too like this, tighter view, better, Ian. It really shows off the angled light and shadow and the softness in the glowing leaves, which I assume is the glow effect, lets them add to the feeling without dominating.

The last time I saw an orchard Cherry tree (other than Black Cherry) was about 1950. I had to Google it to know for sure, lol. This is best seen in the larger image! Well positioned trees, the frost and the horizontal bars of light make this image for me.
