A Desert Bighorn faces the warming rays of the rising sun on a frigid morning in southern Utah. It's a simple composition, but it really strikes me. I'm interested in other opinions.

I love the thought of him enjoying the feel of the Sun on his face. Nice moment captured.

The lighting on the bighorn works well for me. I'm picking up a circular pattern behind and to the left of center on the large version. You may want to do a slight Gaussian blur to soften the transition in that spot. This artifact is not apparent in the small version. Other than that small nit, I like this image a lot.................Jim

Hmm, techs look fine on the bighorn and I like the effect. The darkness of the sky lends a somewhat surreal feeling, making it feel as if it might be a studio shot of a mounted specimen, however. I am assuming the color version would not have that aura.
