So, I've been out shooting a lot of Christmas lights this year (I just haven't had time to post). The first night I went with a couple members of my local camera club and it was COLD. The temps hovered near zero the entire time we were out, but we had fun anyway. I went out last weekend again (thankfully not as cold) and reshot a few things, one of them being the deer at this house. We locals simply call it "the blue house" because there are thousands (and thousands) of blue bulbs, punctuated by dozens of silvery and white deer silhouettes. It is really something to see in person. I used bulb exposure and this one was about 1 second. 100 ISO, on a tripod of course.
I'd like to wish everyone at NPN a very merry Christmas and happy new year
