Bob, I enjoy the red tones in the autumn leaves with the red rocks. I would consider brightening up the shadows a bit, especially with the rocks on the right, and perhaps up the saturation in the rocks a small amount.

The well lit fall colors and their reflections are real eye grabbers. The smaller version seems quite dark in the shadows, but that open up very well in the larger version where the shadow add well to the overall image. This is a lovely quiet scene, sure looks like a great place to explore.

Beautiful fall scene. I might crop away a little more of the bank on the right.

Very pretty scene Bob with beautiful fall colors and nice tones in the rocks. The large version looks really nice. Great job.

The large version is especially nice. I really like the colors and the shade. A beautiful little desert oasis.

I really like it on the slightly darker background in the large view as it allows more of the fine detail to come through. Beautiful scene and capture.

Very serene with beautiful fall colors. In particular, I like the stillness of the reflection .

I second lightening this a bit…
Beautiful still life color and appeal.

The center section is gorgeous. The shadows look a little muddy, maybe a yellow cast? I might play with the color balance of the shadows and see if it creates a little more contrast in the image. Looks like a tremendous spot.

Thanks everyone. The reasoning for keeping it a little on the dark side is that when I lighten it up it tends to get a bit busy. Every twig and leaf starts to grab attention away from the whole.
