Good texture and detail, and that rarity—it tells a story!

This is very well seen, Rick. Based on track size there were at least two different birds here as well as the appriaches from different directions. The paired tracks (as opposed to humans taking alternate steps) mean that they are normally tree dwellers. The flower is a lovely addition (probably the focal point for those not immersed in tracking ). As a very minor nit, I'd like a bit more space between the flower's shadow and the frame edge, in this case, content aware fill would probably let you add 100 pixels and that would help nicely.

Rick
I like images that tells a story and this one fulfills that criterion. Nice placement of the flower at the powerpoint but like Mark, I also would like to see a little more room on the right.

Beautiful color in those flowers, and this tells a story as well. Very nice.

This is a splendid photo for me Rick. The vivid colors of the flower are enhanced against the white sand.
Take care.

Great find, Rick, and very well composed! Neat storytelling aspect too. It looks as if two birds said, "I'll meet you for a chat by the clump of purple flowers". Agree with the idea for more room on the right since the shadow goes right up to the edge. If there was no shadow, the placement as is would be fine IMO.
