Circles of life

On our trip to Sri Lanka we visited two Botanical gardens. In one of them a beautiful group of Tree ferns is growing. On one of the unrolling leaves I noticed these damselflies. I like how the damsels look so tiny on this big leaf.

Ooooh, I like this shot. The lighting, composition and detail are outstanding. That fern frond looks huge. :toast:........................Jim

Wow, Ellen, this is an amazing image. Though they are small, at least relatively, you got great detail in the mating damsels. My only minor issue is with the blown highlights on the top of the fern but, really, that's minor. Oh, I think you could consider cropping a bit of the empty space at the top. Great capture! :toast:

Ellen ..two subjects and I love both. I like the way you have included the demsel mating ...and the relationship in the circle patterns of the flower and the demsel. Apt title ..well done

I like the circle shape of the fern and the heart shape formed by the mating damselflies. The title is perfect. These are truly circles of life. Congratulations on the WP!
