Captured this Woodie Drake at a local Fort Worth pond. I liked the front on shot that gives a good look at his colors. Processed in Photoshop CS3 with noise reduction using Neatimage. Final tweaking using Lightzone.

Handsome devil isn't he? I, too, like the POV you chose here. Processing is very nice and the colors are rich and appear very accurate. Great detail in the plumage, too. My only nit is the green reflections on the left side of the photo pull for my attention as they seem artificial and don't seem to be from natural habitat.

Nice job capturing the plumage without blowing out the whites, Jerry. I like the head turn and you always come up with the coolest looking water reflections.

Cool duck and nice shot but the color looks off. Too blue/cyan especially apparent in the whites.

Thanks everyone for all the constructive comments. I reposted changing the white balance and desaturating the bright green streaks. Not sure what those streaks were.
