Sunrise at Ocean Point, Boothbay. Maine

An older image I reworked recently. I really liked the quality of the light this particular morning.

Canon 5D Mark II
Canon 16-35mm f/2.8L II at 16mm
ISO100 0.5sec f/16
SR Color Combo + 2-Stop Reverse ND

Thanks for having a look.

Eva, This is wonderful. Your large version really brings it to life!...and is so enjoyable to look at! :toast:

Very cool shot, Eva. I really like the clouds and, as you pointed out, the light is very nice. I also like the the tidal pool and the reflection.

Another beautiful shot from your favorite place. Or, is that Scotland or Norway now? The seaweed is a bit incongruous to the color palette and they draw a little more than they should, but pretty minor to the whole impact of this epic scene.

Beautiful scene. I debated the green in the foreground for a bit. After looking at the larger version i think it adds a nice touch of color. Very nice job.

The cloud formation almost mirrors some of those lines in the rocks. Very cool shot.

Love the "flow" here as both the foreground rocks and water as well as the darker clouds lead to the sunrise.

Hi Eva

Quite a strong cyan cast is evident on my monitor even on the dry rocks which seems stronger than I would expect even during the twilight hours. I might back it off a little and neutralise it a tad. The sky definition is excellent as is its reflection in the pool.

Thanks everyone. Here is a reworked version reducing the cyan as Ian suggested.

Eva, I think Ian was right...I like the repost better. It does have a more natural look now I think. Even something between the two might work nice. :wavey:
