Seven months of waiting for this Petzval lens and it is finally here in my grubby hands. I am so excited, bring on the spring ! Beautifully packaged and packed full of wonderful toys ! There is not much that compares with new toys !! ;) Love it or hate it I don't care it is all mine !!!!! I am feeling a little gollumish today, my precious !!
Shot with my cell phone, too excite to go grab a camera !!

7 commentsI have an old Verito portrait lens probably made around 1919. It is surprising sharp stopped down but gets a glow wide open (no swirls like some petzvals). It is fun for old vehicles, buildings, flower close-ups and portraits.
