Nice portrait. I like her look - she holds my interest. Her piercings and confident but friendly stance are intriguing. I would prefer more room above her head, and less of the tree prop; maybe a vertical comp. The backdrop color is gorgeous. I also like the wrinkles in it, except for the ones that show fold lines.
