Night eye
by Rob Graham
4/8/14, 10 pm, Cheyenne Bottoms (Green Lake lot), central Kansas. Wispy clouds floated across the night sky, lit by the waxing gibbous moon (63% illuminated). Mars rises on the far right, while the Big Dipper hangs high overhead on the left. New wheat covers the field in the foreground.
This is cropped from a 20 photo panorama. 7D, ISO 1600, f/2.8, 13 sec. I had borrowed a 14mm Rokinon lens from a friend, and was impressed with the lack of distortion compared to my Canon 17-55.
C&C always welcome and appreciated.
