Last week rambling through National Park Danube Floodplains in Lower Austria. The diversity of subtle spring colors was amazing for me.

Comments and critique are appreciated.

Peter, looks like a very peaceful outing on this one with this very calm looking scene. The only thing I might try is a light contrast boost. Nicely done.

Lots of very fine subtle greens and they reflect so nicely in the stream. The vegetation free section of stream bank makes a fine focal point as well as counterpoint to the textured greens. Nicely seen.

I really like the feeling in this image. I can picture myself sitting on the bank enjoying the peace and quit.

Peter, I'm really enjoying the quiet peaceful feel of this image. Very nice and sure does capture the spring mood. Really has the touch of one of your images which I very much appreciate. Nick

Hi Peter,

good to see this scene, from you. I could not make it so far to the Danube Floodlands, so it is nice to see how it looks there, brought to me by your photography. The fresh and delicate little leaves are a delight to see.
Maybe I can have a short glimpse into the park tomorrow...
