I'm not sure if Bluebonnets or Paintbrush are my favorite Texas wildflowers so I generally look for them in combination, which in Washington County is pretty easy to come by. All comments welcome.>=))>

The red/blue color combo works very well. I think that cropping about half of the blue at the top improves the balance.

Superb detail in the foreground paintbrush, Bill. I like the echo and the hint of bluebonnets make a nice frame.

The colour just sings here, Bill - really nice combination, beautifully lit. We don't have these flowers here ( or, if we do, they must go under other names ) and it's especially good to see them together in this way.

Hi Bill! This is very nice. Great color combination and a nice comp. The light is strong, but not overly harsh - which I like. Nice use of DOF to show the blooms and colors.

I am jealous of your wildflower opportunities!
