Japanese Tea House

This tea house is set in a garden constructed early in the 20th century by Japanese gardeners in the grounds of an English country house. The estate is now owned by the National Trust.

Sadly, it is not possible in these days of high public access to the property, to walk within the garden. I was able to get this view to suggest something of the delight you could feel in suddenly coming across the building shrouded in trees wearing their Spring colours,

Nice and peaceful, Ian. I would like to see a bit more detail in dark areas. This looks like a great place to wander around, and I am glad it's been preserved.
