A beautiful symphony of colors and shapes, with an excellent balance between focus and out-of-focus elements...

Lovely flower, especially with the light shining through. Appropriate depth and good balance. You might want to tone down the white OOFs a bit.

I love the watercolor bg, Ian, and the main subject, of course. Well done for both.

The word that came to mind when I saw this was 'ephemeral', Ian. Very nice colors and interesting DOF. I like the light spring feeling.

A feast of colors and a magic atmosphere. Ian, I love the sunbeams coming through the petals of this very nice flower. It's a beautiful photo for me with an excellent composition of the color and light spots.
Take care..

I think this must have been hard to compose, with so many other plants in the background. But, you have done an excellent job with the comp. It's a very harmonious blend of colors and has a light feel to it. Very well done Ian!
