Excellent, Sharon. Nice pose and I love the dof and bokeh in this one. The oof reeds make a great bg.

Wonderful work on the bird, but the composition with the bird in the lower left corner seems a little odd. Maybe it's my conservative taste. Killer background.

Really like this setting/BG, great view of the birds backside with a nice head turn Carolyn.
Very good detail/DOF and the colors look natural.
If it was mine I'd clone out the single broken reed directly in front of the bird..
But that's just my preference, this works fine too

Nice composition, Sharon. I like the reeds. It's nice to put some space around a bird once in a while, and this works perfectly.

Really like this one Sharon The BG is great, as is the colors and details of the bird itself. One of your best IMHO. Thanks for sharing.

I really like the over-eggaerated placement of the bird Sharon...this is the type of image where I think that decision really works. I do think Howard has a good suggestion about the broken branch on the right since it is on the same focal plane...it does have a tendency to pull your eye there.

Love the setting Sharon, and the way the yellow of the bird stands out from the monotone background. maybe a fraction more below??
