After playing with the forget-me-nots, I settled on my primroses which are the first flowers to bloom here in the Spring. I love my macro lens! What a great "toy".

I like the comp, including your use of the nice bg, Christine. Very pretty. Personally, I'd prefer this with the entire main primrose flower in focus. I realize this may have negatively impacted the bg (absent a stack), and that your choice of pof and dof was the best compromise possible. :wavey:
