I like the layers hers Patrick. If it were mine, I would try to bring up the mid tones a little to give it more punch.

I also like the layers and colors in the image. But I do agree with the comment about added a little more punch to the image.

Patrick, this looks like a lovely scene with some fine gentle color in the sky, excellent layers, geese scattered well through the sky and the color difference between the snow geese and the cranes adding some fine interest to the birds on the water. It seems too dark to me, with the geese showing distinctly blue/cyan. Should you decide to brighten this, that single stick near the lrc will quickly become a distraction. To me, this is a potentially great image that is well worth working on the post processing to bring out it's strengths.

A really nice scene Patrick. I like the dark but I do agree with Mark about the touch of cyan in the birds. I would try to bring up the mid tone contrast a bit more also. Both very minor nits and this is certainly an image worth playing with some.

This one sure has a painterly feel to it, Patrick. I am amazed at how little noise you have at iso 2500. The large view is very nice. I really enjoyed the subtle colors and light. I like it just as presented. :toast:

The layers of color are very appealing...and I agree that boosting the mid tones would take this to another level. Beautifully done, Patrick.

I agree with Mark's comment, Patrick. This image has a lot of potential.
