Dream House by the Sea

The sod-roof house is at Garrapata Beach in Big Sur, California. This was early morning. I'm sorry I don't know the story about the house...it was next door to a house that the photographer Morley Baer lived in. I suppose it should be in black and white in honor of Mr.Baer, but I like the warm blue and gold tones in this.

Photos like this intrigue me…

Sod house by design or by neglect. I like the sky and long exposure of the sea. The house is hard to place w/o more context…that’s just me…an old land appraiser … This cut bank is rugged and harsh looking, oh and with a house … gotta wonder where went the sewage… Nice shot!
