Whew! I've been quite distracted lately and haven't commented or posted much. Our last son was married last Saturday and so now I can focus back on some birds. This broadtail hummingbird was captured in Great Sand Dunes NP in May. I like the two toned BG using f/5.6 with the blue sky on top and sand dunes on the bottom. Please view the large version, what do you think?

Excellent - nice pose, fine detail apparent in the large version, and great BG.
Not sure what the little red streak over the it's right foot is ... ?
