I went to Kenya with my primary goal of getting images of Gerenuk, but the place I chose did not have any (they told me that they had loads :confused)
They did however have Wild Dogs!

Hey, I'd take wild dogs over Gerenuks any day. Nice behavioural shot you captured here. The larger image shows really good detail. The black around the eyes on these two particular individuals makes it somewhat difficult for the eyes to stand out. Perhaps lightening the face area would help. Regardless, very strong image. Let us know if you find any Gerenuks. The closest I've come to Gerenuks is in the Fort Worth zoo.

Gerenuks are my favourite antelope Ken, but I'd still take wild dogs over Gerenuk any day. Where were you?
Nice interaction between these 2.

Thanks everybody for your kind comments. I have plenty of Wild Dog images and needed a Gerenuk for my Antelope collection
I did get a few at another park, which I have yet to look at.

Martin,
This was taken in Laikipia, the only Wildlife reserve I have been to which has thousands of cattle, goats and a few donkeys plus very well used public roads. This shot was made even more remarkable by the fact that as we returned to camp our journey was interrupted by a large convoy of British Army lorries, unbelievably they use this "wildlife" reserve for training :frown:
