I took hundreds of day lily shots this spring. We had a really good crop and there are still a few holdouts this late in the season. I'm just now getting around to editing and processing some of the earlier images and decided to post one of my favorites. All comments welcome.>=))>

Blue is the Holy Grail of Day Lily growers. This one is close! I wish I could see this from a higher perspective, more to see the color in the barrel of the flower than any other reason. Nice!

I like this plane of focus Bill, think it works very well here..
Colors, light, details, comp, BG all grrreat!

We have one planting of day lily in front, all the same color.
Just watched em' shrivel-up on my way to the water faucet this year

Bill - Great profile shot for this purplish Daylily. We are likely going to have a very bleak Daylily Season this year. Most of the buds are already digested by the hungry deers
