And Yet Another Hummer..

Here's one from this morning. Still trying out different lighting schemes.
I liked the dynamic pose from the hummingbird in this frame.

Canon 5D Mark III
100-400 @ 400mm

Camera settings produced a black frame (1/200 @ f/16, ISO 250)
4 Canon 430 EX II Flashes produced all the light for this image.

Larger version included.

Thx for taking a look.

Like this one best of the three Keith.
It's the blues of the BG, and the hummers pose here that does it for me..
Excellent work :toast:

I think this is my favorite of the three I have commented on so far Keith. I like the hummers pose best in this one. I also like the colors in the BG, the flowers and placement. Nice work.

Very nice, Keith. Perfect sharpness and dof. To my eye the background looks a little unnatural, mainly because of the shade of blue here. Was this shot using a set up background? :toast:

Hi Charlie: Yes, the background is an OOF shot of sky/grass. It is set up about 3 feet behind the flower.
