Beautiful Guiseppe, I love the high key approach and the oof flower balanced with the subject, and the detail on the main flower is great.

Excellent sharpness and detail in the main flower. I like how the OOF flower echoes the main flower. Very nicely done, Gigi!

Masterly, Gigi !! Difficult to put one's feelings into words - such a dynamic relationship between the flower and the soft echo in the distance.

Gigi: The more I look at this the more I like it. Superb comp and the OOF bloom in the corner puts this over the top for me. Superbly crafted image.>=))>

Gigi: This shot continues to fascinate me. The OOF bloom intrigues me. Is it actually in the foreground rather than the background? Noticing that this was shot with a 200mm lens on a full frame sensor at f8 I can see that the OOF bloom would not have to be all that far away to be rendered so blurred but the relative size of it makes me suspect it is in the FG where the hyperfocal distance would be much shorter than in the BG. Inquiring minds want to know. >=))>

Excellent image Gigi! It's like an x-ray in color, and very well composed. It is light and bright and sharp and colorful. Very well done!

Bill, I see that the blurred flower seems near but in the reality it wasn't. Many things cooperated: the clear subject was a smaller flower and not fully open while the other was very big and wide open; the 200mm flatten everything, the blurred element becomes bigger; and more, in PP I blurred the BG for the amount of three px and used some noise reduction.
Thanks for your interest Bill.
