Great work on the exposure. The sunset colors come through nicely and the lights on the skyscrapers are not blown out and are sharp. I also like the slight reflection of the lights captured in the water. I'm not sure about the rail or the structure on the left. Its placement seems to lead my eyes out of the frame rather than into it but without seeing what the entire scene looked like, I don't have any better suggestions how to compose this.

Tim,
Aside from it being an esthetically pleasing image, I love the juxtaposition of the industrial building on the wharf and the sophisticated offices in the background.

What focal length was this shot at? A 17 to 28 may be better in that the middle is enlarged and the sides fall off smaller details. Try this again and move camera to crop at the tower which leads the eye out to the water. Like to try this one myself. Full moon would be great also. Like the water smoothness too.
