Kousa Dogwood flowers

It's time for me to get back to posting on NPN after a short break.

These are "flowers" from a Kousa Dogwood tree. These trees seemed to be blooming extra full this year in our area.

Canon 60D. 90mm macro lens. F/6.3 for 1/125 sec. ISO 250. Tripod mounted, flash fired.

Carolyn- Looks pretty cool. Nice frame for the Dogwood Twins. Placement along the diagonal makes the composition quite strong.

Really great composition Carolyn. The light makes this image in my opinion, just a fantastic display in my opinion.

A lovely composition, Carolyn. I would like to see the whites reined in a bit to bring out more detail in the flowers.

I like the diagonal comp. Good detail in the flower centers. Nice lighting on the leaves below the flowers. Very nicely done, Carolyn!
