My last trip to Mt. Rainier (when I could see the mountain) was 1996. Got to spend a few days on the mountain this week. This was one of the better ones.

Nikon D800, 16-35mm set at 20mm, Cokin 120 grad, circ polarizer, ISO 100

Classic image beautifully rendered. Hard to make any recommendations here. Maybe bringing out more detail in the shadowed trees would be something to consider.

Great image. I would try to sharpen the mountains and bring some details in the trees, other than that its epic.

Really well done, Michael. I can't see a thing that I would change that hasn't already been suggested. Beautiful :toast:

Nice, serene image, Michael. I agree with Tony about the detail in the shadowed trees. Also, you've got a merger between that small fir and the mountain in the reflection. I only mention this as something to look out for in the future. I like the color and the Paintbrush really shine.

Beautiful image Michael. The only think I could suggest would be to agree with Tony about possibly bringing out more detail in the trees but ... this is gorgeous exactly as posted.
