This nice youngster did not really understand the needs of photography and lead us a merry dance through Meru National Park, Kenya.
It really was this yellow unless it was the low light?

Ken, thanks for posting a not-so-serious portrait. I'm sure the leopard wouldn't consider this a flattering likeness, but it's quite a comical look.

Not really noticing anything out of the ordinary with the color caste, if that's what you were referring to. Perhaps it's a tad warm, but overall the colors look pretty natural.

I too think the colors are fine. It's hard to tell for sure, but my brain says that this needs a slight CCW rotation. Really nice capture.

I like the intensity in the eyes and licking, it makes you wonder is he's eyeing a potential meal. I think the colors look fine, really nice image Ken!

My monitor has the colors looking natural. I think you did a fine job of catching interesting attitude and expression. I see no technical nits and the only wishes I would have are minor and circumstantial , such as for cleaner, less busy surroundings.

He may not have understood the needs of photographers but he certainly cooperated with this pose Ken, great eye contact and pose. Do you have more room at the bottom, I might take some off the top and add it on the bottom depending on what's there as the top is not particularly attractive. :toast:

Thanks everybody for your comments and suggestions. My concern was with the colour of the Leopard, which vary considerably naturally.

I agree that the surroundings are not exactly nice
