Another image from my series that I posted recently of that amazing sunset with the crepuscular rays shooting every which way. I stuck around for a while after they ceased, and the color intensified.

I like the rhythm of the clouds and the tops of the trees in this Joe as well as the rich color. Nice layers too. The sky looks just a touch undersaturated/flat to me - not much but a little. Otherwise I like this very much, particularly the sense of energy which I don't normally associate with a sunset.

Thanks for the feedback Pat. I'll be at the Gorge all weekend seeing Dave Matthews. When I get back I'll post a revised version...

Beautiful sunset image, Joseph. I particularly like the lake reflection. very nice color there. I would also like this cropped down some from the top. Nice work. Chet

Nice color and drama in the light and clouds. I agree with idea to crop this form the top a bit. I like the layered mountains, too.

I throw another vote for a crop off the top, Joe. You sure were treated to a very cool sunset. I've really enjoyed the whole series.

I like the layers and the light is awesome. Gray sky not very interesting though. Scroll cropping it seems to leave a stronger image.

The lower 2/3 of this scene is gorgeous, Joe. I think if you crop the grey sky at the top and make this more of a pano this would really sing. Just a suggestion of course.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll post a cropped version with a little more saturation after I get back home after the weekend.

And Chet, that's actually Puget Sound, not a lake... :wavey:
