My cheesy first attempt at levitation !! And before any comments I have no Photoshop skills ,used perfect photo suite 8 layers and topaz filters is as far reaching as my learning is likely to advance on spending my time editing outside of lightroom !! ;)

I think this is a marvelous idea, and fairly well executed. Nice blending. I have two suggestions for improvement -
1. The color balance is off. There is quite a lot of blue & magenta leaking in.
2. The background is way too light for the girl. I would darken it quite a bit so as to make the girl more prominent.

Nice fantasy image, Lorna! It's like looking through the trees into a magical world.

A fine fantasy image with an old-timey look that is pleasing. Well done. I like it- especially that such a small umbrella can float the young lady to wherever she wants to go.

Great imagination in creating this; whimsical and fun. I would increase the contrast between the face and light background. Interesting work you're submitting, keep it up. :toast:

The "Mary Poppins" idea works well, Lorna, and the overall glow adds nicely to the sense of fantasy.
