Caterpillar On Marigold

Found this little caterpillar in the flower garden. I think it is a Fall webworm moth caterpillar - Hyphantria cunea.. Not sure about the ID.

Nikon, 200MM, F7.6, Raynox 150 diopter...

Love this image, Keith. I like the light, the way the CP and marigold seem to glow, the excellent detail, and the nice contrasting bg. No nits, it's all very good. :toast:

Very cool image! Nice contrast of the white caterpiller against the colorful flower and bg. Excellent sharpness and detail.

Lovely! A caterpillar on a beautiful flower. For my taste buds, I might give some overall space around the subject; and then may be bring down the reds in the flower, so that it does not visually overpower the image too much.

Nice and sharp with some color contrast. I might tone down the red slightly. The position of the caterpillar is perfect in the frame :toast: ...............Jim
