I took this photo a few years ago along the Huron River. Unfortunately for me, this particular damselfly was back-lit so I went into the river to get a better shot. This was worth getting soaked. K10d, 400mm Sigma 5.6 macro. Levels, Smart Sharpen, Neat Image for Noise Reduction,Rubber Stamp for dust spots...............Jim

She's a beauty, allright, Jim. Very impressive detail and I love the colors and markings in the subject. :toast:

Jim, I like the sharp detail, simple color and nice background. Is this a little over-sharpened or is there a slight motion blur in the wings? Maybe just my eye. Your effort paid off well.

Good looking young lady, Jim. Her eye is wonderfully sharp plus you've got so many of the hairs on her legs perfectly sharp as well. I know from experience how hard that is.
