This was probably this young gnu's first experience of a water crossing as for some unknown reason this part of the annual migration decided to cross Lake Ndutu, rather than walk around this shallow lake.
No doubt many more encounters with water would follow.

Good job handling full bright sunlight and the action pose. I wanted to use the word cute to describe this young one...but just couldn't quite do it! :biggrin:
