Lovely water scene. The sky leaves a lot to be desired.

Beautiful scene Jim. I'm wondering if you couldn't bring more detail out of the sky as Phil suggested and possibly pull a little of the blue and cyan out of it. The water and reflections are gorgeous.

Jim, I agree with the comments about the sky. Also, I'm having a little trouble with the sedges along the bottom of the frame. Personally, I would crop them out so that the lovely reflection and the water is front and center.

Thanks for the comments Phil, Pat, and Preston. Do you think the sky should be cropped out as well as the cattails in the foreground? I knew it wasn't a spectacular sky which is why I included so little of it. I darkened it considerably. If not cropped out, what else would you do with it if it was yours?

Here is a pano version with both sky and foreground cattails removed. Is this an improvement?

I like the repost Jim and I do think it's a much stronger image without the sky. The position of the grasses near the left upper power point is also very nice in the composition.
