Fall wind

I find I am more excited these days by the photo art I'm learning to make, rather than the "normal" images that look more realistic. It's been so much fun to learn to use the tools available in PS, and I have such a long way to go!

This is a combination of 2 photos, one with in camera movement of colorful leaves, the other just "normal."

Thanks in advance for any comments or critiques.

I'm not really a photo art guy, but I like this. It is simple, and the diagonals and their color match well with the leaves. To me, this picture is all about color and you have done well with it.

Very creative and nicely done Kathy! I like that the streaks don't quite hit the bottom left corner, gives the eye a place to rest. I find myself wishing for just a little less 'haze' over those 3 red leaves (also bottom left), but that is really minor - and might not maintain the streaks.

This is very well done

This is beautiful, Kathy! I love the colors. Very cool idea to create these two images and combine them.

Hey Kathy,
I share your excitement for the photo art images you have been posting, they are so enjoyable and a pleasure to view.
Very creative approach to this image as the blurred overlay look to be beams of light filtering through the leaves.

What a great idea and very well processed here, Kathy. The colors are great– adding mood so appropriate to autumn heralding winter. Great title, too, for the look achieved. Imaginative and well done.
