Under Threatening Skies

Photographed this several years ago in Cathey's Valley, Ca. The menacing sky caught my interest giving the scene a moody feeling. Using NIK software I did some lighting and tonal contrast adjustments. Coments/critques welcomed.

A threatening sky, for sure. It feels too heavy in the red.

I like the composition and the sky is interesting. It does seem a bit dark with loss of some detail in the dark areas.

I like the mood of this image with the brooding sky and the old barn Floyd. The comp is well balanced too, but the shadows look a bit bunched up on the left, and the color balance looks a little off to me. I was not there, and this may look spot in though.

I really like the dark drama.

I'm not as fond of the slight haloing on the ridge line. Not an easy clean up though.
