The sky module of the Imperial War Museum North in Salford, reaching into the darkening clouds like a warped aircraft tail fin. The whole building ( designed by Daniel Libeskind ) is intended to suggest the disruption caused by war on land, sea and in the air.

"like a warped aircraft tail fin" is very descriptive Ian, this 'sky module' is quite unusual.
Wonder how tall it is, nothing here to give a sense of scale..
