Made this image today, my search for macro subjects did not yield any.

Neat view, Balan. To me, it looks like a big nose in the middle. :biggrin: Going b&w does a fine job of emphasizing the textures and shapes in this tree trunk. This is a fine example of how what works so well in the natural world does not fit conveniently with our human/cultural views of lovely or perfect.

I love the variety of organic shapes in this. I might boost the contrast and go darker with it.
