Man Missing

This is clearly Man & Nature instead of Landscape due to the trail. I like the layering, the light, and the colors quite a bit, but I think to really make the shot, I would've needed somebody on the trail. Do you agree?

Thanks for viewing and commenting!

I think this works well without a person on the trail Basil, but I can see what you are saying. Like you I also like the depth, light and colour.

Gary.

A person may have added scale, but I like the look as is. I like the soft colors of the various layers, and your composition flows well.

Gorgeous without people, Basil - a person could not improve it.

I like the light and colors in the landscape, Basil. I think it works on its own, though a hiker would have added scale and interest as well. My only reservation is the white sky, but still beautiful.

Lovely mountain scenery. I think this will work even better with sky cropped.

It would have been the icing on the cake. Still a nice image, as is. I like the leading line, the layers, and the modest color in the foreground.

I like it as is. A person on the trail would work too, its just that I don't like people in my photos.
I really like the horizon and shades of color.Sweet.

It's a beautiful landscape with interesting layers and colours. What a shame it can't be in both galleries.
