White Cheecked Turaco

Beautiful bird, but the lighting you had to deal with was not forgiving. The blown out portions of the background are a distraction. I would lighten the bird to try and bring out more detail. An amazing bird. I wish the lighting had been more cooperative.

As I already mentioned, you can post a larger version. Also, please include your technical specs as it allows for a more meaningful critique. Don't hesitate to jump in there and start commenting on other people's images.

Fairly good detail on this exotic creature. However, the busy background and blown highlights really bring this image down. Jerry said the rest in more detail, so I won't go further.
