Couldn't make it to Bosque this year, so editing some old images helped a little.

Nice action here. I like the dance and the light. Well done.

Love the pose, the sharpness of the wing feathers and the skating action like he is walking on water. Do wish the eye could be a little more prominent. The Bosque is on my bucket list. I'm envious.

Wow....Superb light Sandy. Nearly the entire bird is bathed in light with very little shadows. The position of the legs are terrific. Nicely framed as well. Never been there myself and I too am extremely envious. Would love to get down there and shoot with Keith and some other NPN'rs. Bucket list.

A very appropriate title, I love the foot work. Really looks like he's dancing. Fantastic feather definition in that superb Bosque light. :toast:

Very nice Sandy. The lighting, pose, feather detail are key factors that you have captured quite well............................Jim

Just beautiful graceful action captured in great light. Must've been challenging for it to get enough traction for take-off. But it looks effortless. A masterful image.
