Through the Window 3

Once again, this is a straight shot through an old window pane at my bank in Columbia State Historical Park.

After looking at the RAW file for a spell, I decided on the square crop in order to eliminate some of the street and the top of building across the way.

Please see the large version. Thanks!

This is pretty dang cool, Preston. It looks very much like a painting and is a great view of a distorted Columbia. I like this a lot.

It has the look of an early twentieth century painting - not juts the distortion, but also the soft colors. It does justice to the historic nature of the subject!

I like the 'distortion' factor/effect of the old glass, really suits the subject well Preston.
This is a 10 plus for originality, well done :toast:

Nice to have a cool "filter" like that available. This old style glass was heated to liquid and then poured into pans to cool. Often there's air bubbles in it in addition to the little swirls that hardened as it cooled.

Superb vision and seeing, Preston. Love it. The square format was the perfect choice in my opinion.
