671 - Heavenly Pond

A pond on Thompson Pass, Alaska on a sunny but very foggy day. The fog was moving steadily across the pass and occasionally it would open up and let the sun and show a glimpse of the surrounding mountain peaks. I waited for one of those moments and shot this multiple exposure panorama as quickly as I could, before it closed up again.

I thought the quiet solitude of the scene would be appropriate for this challenge.

Viewing the large version is a necessity with this one because you can hardly see the small version. Even the large one doesn't work well for a panorama of this length.
