This is an old house I have photographed from the outside several times. This time I was able to get into the house and shoot through on of the windows. The beginnings of sunrise for a view. I light painted the window frame with my head lamp. Thanks for you comments and critiques.

This is very cool Richard! You did an excellent job with the light painting. The colors and textures of the frame and wall juxtaposed against the view through the window are excellent in my opinion. Good detail and great lighting. Well thought out and executed.

A very interesting comp, I like it a lot. I've really enjoyed the Winter landscape work you've been posting recently. Keep up the work. :toast:

Great idea and a perfect comp. Maybe this would change your intent, but I would brighten the window and add more contrast to make it really pop.

The light painting and the work on the scene outside the window are nicely balanced and well done. I might be tempted to reduce the magenta in the window frame. Very nice job on this.

Pretty cool image, Richard ! Love the contrast between the pristine landscape and the old peeling frame of the window and wall.
